Jodi Suzanne Lewellyn

Jodi Suzanne Lewellyn, 59, Grass Valley, California, born July 13, 1967, passed away peacefully on August 22, 2026. Jodi is survived by her two children, daughter Arianna DeNova, and son Garrick Lewellyn, his wife Andrea Lewellyn, and their two children, Emilia and Madoc Lewellyn. Jodi also leaves behind her sister, Darci Hayden, brother-in-law, Jeff Hayden, stepsister Sheila Masson, mother, Terry Meyer, stepfather Bob Meyer, father Les Lewellyn, and stepmother Linda Lewellyn. Jodi also leaves behind her dog, the love of her life, Luci-Lu who is now in the care of her sister Darci Hayden.

Jodi was the laugh you heard from the other room and the scream you heard from the bleachers screaming “Go Pickle-Poo” for her daughter or “Go Gar-Bear” for her son. She used her voice to speak her mind and share her love of animals, nature, and the color green. If you knew Jodi, you knew two things; green was the most magical color and elephants were her favorite animal. She was happiest walking her dog, watching hummingbirds drink from the feeders she maintained, or spending time with her loved ones. Her kids grew into adults that could rise to any challenge, and with a mother cheering them on like she did, how could they not.

Gone too soon but full of life and love until the very end of her battle with cancer. We will miss the life of the party, the mother to everyone, and the person who would never let you leave her house without some kind of gift or trinket.
